We train you ‘On the road’ Not in a classroom or school
We do not follow the model of most grooming schools, we don’t have months of theory or class room practise. We offer a unique ‘On the road’ training experience. How many times do you hear people say the best way to learn a trade is to live and breath it?? And we believe this is true. Why is this important to you? Becoming a New Business Owner means Your No 1 priority once trained is to earn your living in the shortest amount of time. We get that !!! Our training program ensures your trained in ‘Introductory Grooming Skills’ which will then be honed and built up over your first few months and even years. We will also teach you how to work within your grooming parlour effectively and how to maintain your equipment.
Ongoing Training & Support
Rest assured we are here for you. After your initial training and certification we continue to support you all areas of your business Dog 1st Aid Training with certification – Once qualified we will give you access to extra training through our partners ‘Animal Love’ run by qualified Vet Sophi Bell. This program has been designed with our groomers in mind and has extra Bonus Handouts to cement your learning and knowledge Guaranteed ‘Open Door’ policy for all our groomers where you can come back for refresher days free of charge OR we can often arrange ride along days with your neighbouring franchises to enhance your craft and pick up extra tips and techniques …REMEMBER being a dog groomer is a lifestyle choice …you can always learn more. You have a great Support Team behind you. Most of the Head Office Team have been groomers. Not only that our team boasts Business Coaches, HR & Admin/Accounts Manager and a team of Van Conversion Specialists …. we have years on knowledge to share with you We also hold seminars, normally during our annual AGM where an experienced groomer or other professional will give live demonstrations, again all for free to you
